your BOX

1) Choose a small box, either one provided by the project, or one of your own choosing.

2) Download the worksheet at the left, and follow the directions on PAGE ONE of the worksheet. You want to complete sections 1, 2 and 3 before going on.

3) REMEMBER - put nothing inside the box - the emptiness represents infinite possibility in this relationship, regardless of the current state of that relationship.

4) Somewhere on the outside of the box write the name of the person you chose in #2. You need only write their first name, their last name, a nickname or their fullname - whatever Proper Name you use to identify this person.

5) Decorate the outside of the box, in any way you wish, the whole while thinking about the person you chose during the WORKSHEET exercise. Decorate part of the box with images, words, phrases that express the part of your relationship you'd like to have be different. Think about a new way you'd like your relationship to be. Decorate the rest of the box with images, words and phrases that depict that new relationship.

6) Go back to the WORKSHEET. Fill out the remaining areas. What did you learn from this exercise? What can you share about that learning with someonein your life? Or even that person?

7) If you are interested in contributing your box to E&M, e-mail Adrienne at adrienne@urbanesque.com or call 503-445-1268 and leave Adrienne a message including your name and telephone number. She will return your call within 48 hours.
